Photo: Public boob grabbing causes lady to smile

A sincere smile is rare to see, but obviously this lady has it in the most awkward moment-when a man is really grabbing her boobs. 

The big question is what could really be happening here that could give this man this confidence to grab something, and why is the lady not retreating like our Nigerian ladies will do even if you are caught thinking about their boobs?
